Tapestry Guestroom, located on the upper level, is situated on the northwest corner and receives afternoon sun. This guestroom is equipped with a queen size bed and an ensuite with a claw footed soaker tub/shower, sink and toilet. Tapestry is located on the upper floor of the building.

This guestroom has been decorated in various hues of mauve and bronze.

Featuring a queen-size four-poster wrought-iron bed, the Skater bedroom is conveniently situated next to the Sun Lounge for early morning or evening reading/television.  Like the Newport, the Skater room has a shower in its en-suite, for those who do not wish for a bathtub. Skater receives the afternoon sun.

Located on the west side of the upper level of The Oak Bay Guest House, the Romance Suite has a queen size bed with a curtained headboard and a cozy sitting room.  There is a mini refrigerator in the sitting room.  The suite features a ensuite with a claw footed soaker tub, shower, sink and toilet.

This suite is decorated in beige with some pink and receives the  afternoon sun.

This upper-level guestroom provides guests with a queen size bed. Regency also has a small sitting room with desk and chair. The room faces the front garden of the guest house and receives the morning sun.

The Regency room has an ensuite with a claw footed soaker tub, shower, sink and toilet.

The Raphael Guestroom provides a comfortable environment with a queen size bed and an en-suite that has a bathtub/shower, sink and a toilet. It is located on the main floor, close to the reception area. The room overlooks the front lawn and receives morning sun.

The Oriental Suite, located on the main floor of The Oak Bay Guest House, just off the Fireside Lounge, provides a lovely view of the herb garden. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. Oriental has its own separate living room with a small fridge and a pull out sofa-bed.

There is also a small porch to enjoy the afternoon sun.

The Newport Guestroom is found at the top of the stairs and overlooks the front garden.  One of the home’s original bedrooms, it contains a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a corner shower, sink and toilet.

The Garden Guestroom in the south-east corner, offers a lovely view of the gardens.  The Garden Guestroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom across the corridor*. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.

The guestroom is decorated blue and beige tones.

* Please note that the bathroom for this room is NOT en-suite. It is private and not used by other guests but it is located a few steps away from the room across the corridor.

The Duchess Guestroom, located on the upper level of The Oak Bay Guest House, receives morning sun and overlooks the front lawn and perennial beds.  This guestroom provides a queen size bed and an ensuite with a tile shower, sink and toilet. Duchess is conveniently located next to the Sun room for easy access to tea/coffee, TV, library etc

This guestroom has been decorated in a predominantly burgundy /taupe combination.
