Welcome to the Oak Bay Guest House

This Victoria Bed and Breakfast, located in BC, Canada, is a gracious old 1912 Victorian Home, designed by Samuel Maclure. This home was converted to the Newport Inn in 1922 and has been accommodating travelers to Victoria since then.

Oak Bay's only Bed and Breakfast

Enjoy the tranquility of a traditional English home in the heart of Oak Bay Village, steps from the Sea, the new luxurious Oak Bay Beach Hotel, yet just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Victoria's Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel.

For walkers, bird watchers and cyclists,  staying at the Oak Bay Guest House Bed and Breakfast means easy access to Oak Bay's beautiful vistas - Cattle Point, Willows Beach, the Victoria Golf Club and Uplands Golf Club. For parents wishing to visit students at  the nearby campuses of Camosun College and University of Victora, our reasonable rates and hearty breakfasts will make us your "home-away-from-home"!

Victoria Film Festival - February 3 - 12, 2012

Just a few weeks from now, Victoria will be hosting some very thought-provoking films, two of which are Canadian. "A Little Bit of Zombie" will likely appeal to the younger crowd fond of the thriller/vampire genre while "A People Uncounted" presents the world of the Roma people .  "Article 12" (an Argentinian entry) speaks of the gowing surveillance of society. For a complete list of films and purchase of tickets, please go to the official web site - boxoffice@victoriafilmfestival.com.

In the Limelight - January 28th, 2011 and February 8th, 2011
