The Oak Bay Guest House Bed and Breakfast is located in Oak Bay, Victoria’s Seaside Village, two blocks from the ocean and not far from Victoria’s Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel. Our Victoria B&B has been providing bed and breakfast accommodations in Victoria for generations of travelers for nearly a century.

Our Victorian house has eleven guestrooms and two sitting rooms. The lower Fireplace Lounge provides a cozy spot to relax, while our spacious Sun Lounge, which overlooks our beautiful Perennial garden, has large comfortable chairs and sofas. In addition, the sunroom has a large television, fridge, and a microwave as well as tea, coffee, and an assortment of biscuits for guests to enjoy.

All accommodations have private bathrooms and most include antique claw footed soaker tubs. Each room is comfortably furnished with period wallpaper, carpeting, antique furniture and new Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-Top Mattresses. We have two twin bedrooms, two doubles, and seven queen size bedrooms.
