TRADITIONAL EGGS BENEDICT
2 poached eggs with ham or spinach on a toasted English muffin
topped with our own hollandaise sauce

SMOKED SALMON QUICHE
An individual 4" quiche, layered with sautéed onion & celery & chopped smoked salmon
filled with a rich cheese egg filling

SPINACH FRITTATA
A rich egg mixture containing spinach, complemented by red and green bell peppers.
