SMOKED SALMON OMLETS
A delightful egg mixture filled with a blend of cream cheese, swiss cheese, fresh chives, & generously flavoured with chunks of smoked salmon
-served with toast and bacon

BREAKFAST QUESADILLA
A grilled flour tortilla, filled with scrambled eggs, slices of sausauge, peppers, onions, mild salsa & cheddar cheese
accompanied by tortilla chips & refried beans
-served with sour cream & grated cucumber

TRADITIONAL EGGS BENEDICT
2 poached eggs & ham on a toasted English muffin
topped with our own hollandaise sauce
complimented with cottage cheese & a sprig of parsley

SMOKED SALMON QUICHE
An individual 4 “ quiche, layered with sautéed onion & celery & chopped smoked salmon
filled with a rich cheese egg filling
-served with toast & breakfast sausauges

MOM’S HOMEMADE PANCAKES
2 large pancakes served with a dollop of whipped cream, topped with fruit

CINNAMON TOAST WITH APRICOT SAUCE
